She was predeceased by: her former husband Hines Ray Perkins; her son Michael "Country" Perkins; her parents, William West and Pearl West; and her sister Beverly West.
She is survived by: her daughter Debra Perkins Bowman (Terry Bowman); her siblings, Patricia West Owings (David) and William Eugene West (Daria); her grandchildren, Jacinda Buchanan, Jewel Fontenot (Gary), Justin Bowman (Crystal), Joel Perkins, Jason Perkins, Jenny Richard (Adam) and Jessica Duplessis (Matthew); and her great grandchildren, Michael, Hailee, Livey Davila, Elijah Cryer, Chloe Perkins, Cole, Cate Duplessis and Aubrey Seay.
