It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelley Leffel Melancon (Denham Springs, Louisiana), who passed away on July 1, 2023, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Gordon, Agnes Leffel, Leatrice, Asa Adams and Francis.
She is survived by: her children, Kaleb and Emma Melancon; her parents, Rick Leffel and Lisa Leffel; her sisters, Danielle Leffel (Gary) and Shanna L Patterson (Wade); her nieces, Alexis Hay, Victoria Marshall and Gabrielle Marshall; and her nephew Aidan Patterson. She is also survived by Several Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking that donations please be made to the Greater Baton Rouge Food bank.
