She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Thornton and Rosa Lea Thornton; her sister Phyllis Thornton; and her son Randy Summers. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Summers; her daughter Jennifer Summers Zimmer (Dustan); her grandchildren, Hutton Zimmer and Graycen Zimmer; and her sisters, Sharon Thornton and Kathy Snow (Thomas).
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Seale Funeral Home (1720 S Range Ave, Denham Springs, LA 70726). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
