He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Sandra Lopez Mora; his sons, Ronald Gene David Jr. (Sandra Lopez Mora) and Gregory David; his granddaughter Ronni Lynn David; his great grandchild Kaydence Faye David; and his sister Carmelita Formby. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
