He is survived by: his wife Jan Craig Sholty; his children, Carmen Hathcox (Colt Fairburn), Carol Rhodus (KC Rhodus), Nicholas "Nick" Sholty (Danielle Sholty), Leslie "Ryan" Sholty (Mindy Sholty) and Zachary "Zack" Sholty (Courtney Ferguson); his half-sisters, Debbie Sholty Sadowski and Roberta Sholty Hall; his great-aunt Paulette Lovell; and also Jay.
