She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Friedman (John, III), Kathy Underwood (Calvin Underwood, Jr.) and Wanda Bankston-Avant (Mike); her brothers, Cecil, Abbott and Christopher Stewart; and her grandchildren, John, Wesley, Barry, Serena, Kimberly, Amy, Canvess, Erica, Lacy and Carrie. She is also survived by numerous other great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
