He was predeceased by: his parents, Parnell Dumiller and Laura Margery Dumiller Strawn; his adoptive father Dr. Willard Strawn; his parents-in-law, W. T. "Dub" and Nola Ezell; and his brothers-in-law, Larry Ezell and Glen Ezell.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Ezell Dumiller; his children, Michelle Dumiller Carlton (Ben) and Michael John Dumiller, Jr.; his grandchildren, Cooper Carlton, Kyleigh Carlton and Brayden Dumiller; his siblings, Jesse and Susan Pitre; his sister-in-law Linda Ezell; his nephew Joshua Ezell (Alexis); his nieces, Jinci Ezell Taylor (Billy) and Megan Ezell Willmann (Korey); and his friend Keno. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
