She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmie Guy and Linda Guy. She is survived by: her children, Kelly (Kenny Hoffman) of Pride, LA and Dustin (Megan Harris) of Greensburg, LA; her granddaughters, Kynnleigh Hoffman, Kylee Harris, Kenlee Harris and Maddie A. Harris; her sister Jennifer Guy; and her nephew Christopher Hutchinson of Denham Springs, LA..
She was an organ donor and was able to share the gifts of her liver and kidneys with recipients, and her pancreas was donated for diabetes and cancer research.
