He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Sistrunk and Lillian Sistrunk; and his sister Kim Sistrunk Guidry. He is survived by: his daughter Carly Sistrunk Bourgeois; his brothers, Stanley Sistrunk, Mark Sistrunk, Terry Sistrunk and Timothy Sistrunk; and his caregivers, Robbie, Miranda Darbonne, Donna Sistrunk, Ellen Sistrunk, Ryan Sistrunk and Berylyn Sistrunk. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
In honor of Keith Sistrunk, the family ask that all memorial donations be made to the Wildlife and Fisheries Foundation.
