He is survived by: his wife Kim Simoneaux Hurst; his daughter Katie Chatelain; his sons-in-law, Brett (Caroline Forman) and Nicholas; his sister Sheryl Hurst Mann (Michael); and his grandchildren, Molly Claire, Meg, Graham Chatelain, Matt and Julianne Forman.
