He is survived by: his children, Olivia O'Neal, Madison LeBlanc (Brennan) and Hayden O'Neal (Ellyn); and his sisters, Melody Hanchey (Jason) and Renee Phillips (Clifford). He is also survived by two grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews; and many friends.
