She is survived by: her children, Charles "Chuck" Perkins (Royce), Cheryl "Sherry" Perkins (Jerry) and Donna Whitehead (Jimmy); her grandchildren, Jack Perkins, Tonya Galloway, Matt Covington, Chris Covington, Amy Sibley, Mary Tadlock and Denny Perkins; and her friends, Bobbie Street and Elsie Foster. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
