He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carmelite Milligan; his father Natt N Milligan; his children, Lee Daniel Milligan (Bella), Monique L Sanchez (Craig) and Nicole S Whitfield; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Schexnayder (Lance), Lauren Godso, Christian, Ryleigh Schmitt, Charles W Whitfield, Jr., Cyrus and Mase Milligan; his great grandchildren, Bentley, Aubree, Ellie and Lane; his brothers, Joe, Gary, Tommy (Maria) and Natt Milligan Jr.; his brother-in-law Morgan D Landry; his sister JoAnn McAndrew; his mother Joyce Lee Crawford; and his siblings-in-law, Priscilla and Raleigh P Landry, Jr.. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
