Elaine Greer Hester Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elaine Greer Hester of Denham Springs, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 9, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her significant other Waymon Sherel Hester, Sr.; her siblings, Jimmy, E. L. Greer and Janet Alleman; and her parents, Onie Sue and Evans Greer.
She is survived by: her husband Edward Brister; her son Waymon Sherel Hester, Jr. (Patsy); her grandson Shane Hester (Mystery); her great grandchildren, Emerald, Cheyenne and Felicity Hester; and her sisters, Joanne Covington, Faye Greer and Brenda Hall. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Seale Funeral Home (1720 S Range Ave, Denham Springs, LA 70726). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the South Chapel.
