It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Engels (Denham Springs, Louisiana), who passed away on December 12, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donald Engels to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his father James Henry Engels, Sr.; and his brothers, Gary and Gene Engels. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Caster Engels; his children, Keisha Johnson (Chad), Melissa McHugh Farris (Andrew) and Joshua Engels (Shanna); his grandchildren, Savannah (Sam), Jobe, Noah, Layla, Harlow and Josslyn; his great grandchild Rowan; his mother Beverly Boudreaux Engels; his siblings, Cheryl Rioux, James Henry "Butch" Engels Jr. and Michael Engels; and his pets, Walter and LouLou. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Seale Funeral Home (1720 S Range Ave, Denham Springs, LA 70726). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Low Rider Rescue of Florida, where he adopted his beloved chiweenie, Walter.
