She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Harmon and Nora Dunnam Shirley of Kentwood; her siblings, Vernon (Alice), James (Mary), Harmon Shirley, Elsie Vest (Hollis), Inez Stephens, Vernice Cook (Jimmy), Catherine Middleton (Johnny) and Bonnie Jean Shirley; her grandson Andrew "Drew" Dunn; and her great grandchildren, Harley Wisdom and Butch Mullins.
She is survived by: her children, James "Danny" Bennett, Jr., Darrell Bennett (Melissa), Paula Diane Dunn (Bill), Gail Bratcher (Larry), Jerry Jacobs (Howard), Jimminette Phillips (David), Carole Anne Brocksmith (Ronny) and Flo Barker (David); and her sister-in-law Virginia Shirley. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
