He is survived by: his children, Tiara Smiley (Adam Smiley), Lena Cortez, Dewayne Lipscomb (Nikki Lipscomb) and Joshua Lipscomb; his grandchildren, Leann Lipscomb, Ella Lipscomb, Lilly Lipscomb, Dewayne Lipscomb, Jr., Luke Smiley, Dakota Lipscomb, Isaiah Lipscomb, Isabelle Lipscomb and Karsyn Smiley; his siblings, Eunice Cortez and Chris Cortez; and his nieces and nephews, Crystal Mabile, Lisa Anne, Amanda, Catherine, Allan, Brian, Jimmy, Bobby Cortez and Kelly Mabile.
