He is survived by: his wife Amber; his children, Hailey Rhiannon, Ethan Patrick and Zoey Delayna; his father Joe Starkey; his children, Twila, Mike and Carolyn Ford; his brother Brian Ford (Belinda); his nieces and nephews, Brilee and Skyler; his mother-in-law Candace Vincent; his siblings-in-law, Lillian'Liz'Daniels and Wade Daniels; his nephew Jacob; his niece Mattie Daniels; his great-nephew Owen; his nephew Nathan; his niece Deanna Daniels; his niece Emily Pupo (Anthony); his stepsiblings, Heather Taylor and Ron Starkey; and also, Wrenlee, Paige, Natalie, Nathan and Landon.
