He was predeceased by: his wife Winnie Mae Hood Peak; his son Daryl Stonehocker; his parents, Claude Peak, Sr. and Alice Swearingen; and his sister Alice Lucille Hodges.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Peak, Marshall Peak (Darla) and Cheryl Bendily (Lonis). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
