He is survived by: his wife Diann Allen Lipscomb; his daughters, Kenya Lipscomb-Pena (Christopher), Kelly Lipscomb Thames (Michael) and Kacy Lipscomb Montgomery (Brandon); and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Allen Miller, Marvelle Allen Landry, Nila Joe Allen and Cecile Allen Sims.
