He is survived by: his wife Paula Miley Kelly; his daughter Martha Kelly Addison (Patrick); his grandchildren, Hilary Addison (Cory) and Peyton Addison (Brittany); his son-in-law Carlton Johnson; and his grandchildren, Donna Miley Milligan (Russell), Cole Blackburn, Caleb Blackburn (Beth), Kyle Blackburn (Olivia), Ryan Miley (Juliette), Nancy Miley LoCoco, Austyn, Koen, James, Cillian, Scott Johnson (Jane) and Jennifer Short (Charlie).
