It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Dean Jordan (Denham Springs, Louisiana), born in Owingsville, Kentucky, who passed away on December 3, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Huse Anderson Riddle and Mary Etta (Turner); her son Christopher Joseph Perez; her grandson Keith "Buddy" Austin; and her brother Donald Huse Riddle.

She is survived by: her husband James Jordan; her sons, Donald Perez (Laura), Travis, Patrick and Christian; her stepchildren, Shane and Kelly Jordan; and her sisters, Patricia Porter (Riddle) and Mary Scandurro (Riddle). She is also survived by several grandchildren and one great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers the family wishes all memorial donations made to Tangi Humane Society, 46219 River Road, Hammond, LA. 70401.
