She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Sr. Stigall and Avilou Peters Stigall; her husband Norris Broome Jr.; her grandson Cory Fulgham; and her siblings, Sue Wallace, Shirley Scott, Carolyn Littleford, Linda Sipes, Bob Stigall, Bill Stigall, Huey Stigall and Roy Stigall.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Mackey (late Alex) of Delta, Norris Fulgham III (Sharon) of Vicksburg, Mississippi, Jimmy Fulgham (Liz) of Vicksburg, Mississippi and Linda Barfield (Lanny) of Vicksburg, Mississippi; and her siblings, Ronnie Stigall of Mountain Home, Arkansas, Betty Johnson of Michigan and Terry Lawrence of Viola, Arkansas. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
