He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill and Carroll of Wisner. He is survived by: his wife Shelia Powell Carroll; and his children, Bud Carroll (Buffy) of Shreveport, Anna Thomas (Craig) of Winnsboro, Sarah Hamauei of Shreveport and McKenzie Katherine of Possom Trot, AR.. He is also survived by four children, ten grandchildren and three great, grandchildren.
