She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Jane "Mottsie" Bryan White and Sidney Davis White, II; her aunt Mary Bryan "DeeDee" Thomas; and her uncles, William Lamar "Billy" Bryan, George Bennett Bryan and John Carl "Penny" Bryan.

She is survived by: her cousin James Calvin "Jim" Thomas; her son Steven Lamar Carr (Tiffany Garrett Carr); her grandsons, Eli Graham Carr and Hudson Bennett Carr; her brother Sidney Davis "Trip" White, III; and her aunt Ann Lynn Bryan.
