He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie W. Humphrey; his son Johnnie Humphrey; and his sisters, Zona Pearl Cole and Eddie Lee Randle. He is survived by: his son Phillip Humphrey of New Orleans, LA; and his daughter-in-law Debbie Humphrey. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Any planned memorials may be made to the Delhi Masonic Cemetery Fund or to the Shriner's Hospital.
