He was predeceased by: his parents, Lannie Sullivan and Lila Inez Daniel Sullivan; his wife Melba Burgess Sullivan; his stepmother Thelma Laverne Sullivan; his grandparents, Henry Graten Sullivan, Lilly Eliza Smith Sullivan, Leonard Daniel and Lena Comer Daniel; and his siblings, Vivinae Watts, Ila Joye Perry, Lillie Nalepa, Lena Graham, Joyce "Tootie" Boughton, Helen Chaney and Leonard Sullivan.
He is survived by: his daughter Cynthia Sullivan Clarke (Dwight Clarke); his siblings, Michael Sullivan (Lora), Elsie Harvey and Gay Douglas (Marshall); his granddaughters, Chelsey Clarke Marshall (Ryan) and Mallory Clarke Daniel (Curry); and his great grandchildren, Gavin Marshall, Owen Marshall, Cooper Daniel and Charles Daniel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews, friends, and brothers and sisters.
