He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward Cook Jr. and Anna Mae Fenerty Cook; and his siblings, Beryl Lamartinier and Dennis Cook. He is survived by: his wife Shelby Ross Cook of Delhi, LA; his daughter Kimberly Cook Buckingham of Delhi, LA.; and his sisters, Barbara Sivard (Bob) of Mandeville, LA and Darleen Cook of Mandeville, LA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
