He was predeceased by: his parents, Osa LeBlanc and Lona Broussard; his sister Lois Marie LeBlanc; and his brother-in-law Hiram Broussard, Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, Obey Lee LeBlanc, Jr. (Mary Beth) of Sunset, Michael James LeBlanc (Holly) of Anacoco, Louis Joseph LeBlanc (Angenique) of Vatican, Ryan James LeBlanc (Whitnie) of Prague, OK and Glen Joseph LeBlanc (Alacia) of Breaux Bridge; and his sister Velma Broussard of Abbeville. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
