Simmons, Jr. (Cloretha) of Westwego, LA, Martin Allen Simmons, Sr. of Lewisville, TX and David Otis Simmons (Nancy) of Maurice, LA. She is also survived by six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
