She is survived by: her children, Sherry Scott of Baton Rouge, LA, Josie Leblanc (James) of Baton Rouge, LA, Nicholl McGriggs (Frank) of Atlanta, GA, Louis Derouen, Jr. (Kim) of Broussard, LA, Lindy Derouen of Delcambre, LA and Christopher Derouen of Delcambre, LA; her sister Theresa Shello of Delcambre, LA; her niece Liz Shello Walton of Lafayette, LA; her goddaughters, Debra H. Dozier and Karen Jackson; her brother-in-law Ruly Jackson of Delcambre, LA; and her son-in-law Judge Tarvald Smith of Baton Rouge, LA. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
