He is survived by: his wife Jo-Ann Jones Williby; his former wife Tammy Sanchez Williby; his children, Erica Cherell Williby, Raymond Reynard Williby, Jr. (Christina Dunn Williby), Nikisha Swantrica Williby, Calvin Sanchez, Ryan Joseph Williby, Alesia Nicole Williby, Alyssa Rachel Williby and Tynari De'Eric Leblanc; his grandchildren, Sa'Nyree Nya Williby, Raymond Reynard Williby, 3rd, Rayven Renea Williby, Jamika Marie Schonberg, Jason Stephen Schonberg, Tynari De'Eric Williby and Caeya Rhain Williby; his siblings, Herman Williby (Arlene Williby), Myrtle Williby Foster, Alvin Williby, Sr., Alfred Williby and Larry Williby; and his aunts, Edna Linton Bell, Ann Linton Carter, Maxine Carter Linton and Janice Hill Linton. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
