He is survived by: his daughter A. Denise Graves; his stepdaughter Lesa Carr Thompson; his granddaughter Porcha C. Thompson; his nephews, Leo J. Graves, Jr. and Troy Graves, Sr. (Sonja); his niece Amy Lee; and his friend Ann Pedescleaux. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
