He is survived by: his wife Thelma Griffin; his children, Jeana Griffin, Sherika Griffin, Austina Frederick, Tyisha Phillips (Jamyle), Bernell Griffin, Jr. and Caleb Griffin; and his siblings, Lionel W. Griffin, Jr., Cornell Griffin, Sr. (Tonyalia), Elerna Johnson (James), Donyell McDonald (Kenneth) and Ersell Marshall (Rickie). He is also survived by four aunts, four uncles, ten grandchildren, one great granddaughter, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, close family, and friends.
