He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace P. Molaison and Yvonne Terrebonne Molaison; his grandparents, Lawrence J., Lena CoCo Molaison, Jack and Leoncia Cheramie Terrebonne; his siblings, Eugene Molaison and Lena L. Molaison; and his aunts and uncles, Reynold J. Molaison, Jack Terrebonne III, James "Jimmy" Terrebonne, Dinah M. Miller and Lois T. Vizier.

He is survived by: his sister Betty Grace Molaison Hotard (Michael Hotard); and his aunts, Alice M. Terrebonne, Jacqueline M. Baxter, Linda Ann Molaison, Emma T and Bergeron.
