She was predeceased by: her husband Terry Anthony Melancon; her parents, Guy Hebert and Joyce Trosclair Hebert; and her siblings, Randy Joseph Hebert and Penny Hebert.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle Melancon, Terri Lyn Melancon Creel (Trevor), Shaun Melancon (Angelle), Lance Melancon and Aldon Harris (Renee). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
