She is survived by: her husband Dale Guidry; her sons, Gary Guidry (Sandy) and Greg Guidry (Traci); her grandchildren, Kathleen Guidry-Elliott (Logan), Landon Guidry, Conner Guidry and Logan Guidry; her siblings, Jeannie Armand (Kenneth), Joanette Terrebonne (Peter) and Billy Adams; and her siblings-in-law, Kathy Richoux (Wade) and Morrison Guidry Jr. (Kim).
In lieu of flowers, Mrs. Patricia's family asks for donations in her name to the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center in Houma.
