It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie Plaisance of Cut Off, Louisiana, born in Golden Meadow, Louisiana, who passed away on April 8, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Lucien Plaisance, Jr.; her parents, Eassy Ledet and Anna D. Ledet; and her grandson-in-law Jed Lorraine. She is survived by: her children, Robert Plaisance (LaShone), Sheila Berteau (Neal) and Patricia Plaisance; her grandchildren, Ashley Lorraine Dupre (Robert), Shawn Berteau, Reece Plaisance (Lauren), Jera Angelette (Cody), Allie Cheramie, Lauren Romero (Cody), Hunter Badeaux, Sean Plaisance, Roderick Plaisance and Isabella Plaisance; her great grandchildren, Austin, Haiven, Saige, Zimmie, Hannah, Alyssa, Annie, Aiden, Madison, Logan, Sutton, Dysen, Oaklyn and Gus; and her siblings, Geraldine, Velma, Nola, Helen, Phillip and Barbara.
