He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda Danos Callais; his brothers, Raymond Callais and Donald Callais; his brothers-in-law, Nolan Adams, Emmett Renois and Steve Dunning; and his sisters, Anna Mae Anselmi (Preston) and Virgus Patton (Guy).
He is survived by: his children, Timmy Callais (Renette), Tricia Stoll (John) and Lynette Duet (Darren); his siblings, Herman Callais (Mary), Laura Mae Adams, Audrey Dunning and Enola Renois; his sister-in-law Judy Callais; his grandchildren, Bryan Picou Jr. (Melinda), Timmy Callais Jr. (Bethany), Brandi Brumfield (Robby), Carley Duet, Paul Callais, Austin Duet, Jaelyn Duet and Jude Duet; and his great grandchildren, Briley Picou, Kenedi Picou, Ryder Callais and Emma Callais.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Rosary Church (12911 E Main St, Larose, LA 70373). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Holy Rosary Cemetery (12911 E Main St, Larose, LA 70373).
