She was predeceased by: her husband Emile "Mello" Angelette, III; her great great grandchild Nia Grace Badeaux; her parents, Levy Cheramie and Nora Bruce Cheramie; and her siblings, James "Jimmy" Cheramie and Lauravie Danos.

She is survived by: her children, Emile "Bud" Angelette, IV (Trixie), Chris Angelette (Carolyn), Nora Miller (Dave), Susan Gros and Wanda Angelette; and her sisters, Genevieve Boudreaux, Julia Mayet and Lucille Vegas. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 17 great-great-grandchildren.
