It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bertha Rogers Griffin of Cut Off, Louisiana, born in Golden Meadow, Louisiana, who passed away on October 25, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Evans Rogers and Anna Boudreaux Prestenback; her stepfather Gus Prestenback; her husband Ronald Griffin, Sr.; and her siblings, Milton Rogers, Rose Bud Bruce, Beatrice Borne, Bernice Doucet and Lou Anna Strickland.

She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Jr., Reed, Rory and Rowdy. She is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
