He was predeceased by: his brothers, Kenneth F. Peters, Allen D. Peters and James L. Peters. He is survived by: his wife Sybil Lambright Peters of Crowville; his sons, Dr. Alan Peters (Kristin) of Denver City, TX and Edward Ashley Peters (Amy) of Crowville; his grandchildren, Madison, Ethan, Nathan and Caleb Peters; his siblings, Roy W. Peters (Lynette) of Orlando, FL, Gary R. Peters of Winnsboro, Lenora Peters Amedee (Louis) of Baton Rouge, Lillian Peters Andrews (Larry) of Baton Rouge and Karen Peters Beach (Ronald) of Wisner; and his sisters-in-law, Camille Lambright Grim (Mike) of Brookhaven, MS, Betty Lou Peters of Crowville and Charlotte Peters of Grand Cane. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Both boys grew up working on the farm, and both now work in agriculture and make significant contributions to the industry.
