It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dalton Ray Oliver (Crowville, Louisiana), born in Franklin, Louisiana, who passed away on December 12, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Toyoko "Kitty" Oliver; his children, Rickey Oliver (Ellen), Dennis Oliver (Amy) and Teresia Humphrey (Bruce); his siblings, Billy Oliver, Dale Oliver, Donnie Oliver, Delbert Oliver, Shirley Harper, Maxine Caldwell and Caroline French; his parents, Julian Oliver and Mary Oliver; his great-uncle Jewell; and his aunt Annilee Oliver.
