It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Blanchard Schexnider (Crowley, Louisiana), who passed away on December 25, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Schexnider; her parents, Paul Blanchard and Lannie Breaux Blanchard; her brother Aaron Blanchard; and her brothers-in-law, Irving "Bud" Schexnider and Lessin "Pie" LeBlanc.
She is survived by: her son Shane Schexnider (Danielle Thibodeaux) of Crowley; her foster daughter Mary Comeaux of Lake Charles; and her sister-in-law Marie "Tut" LeBlanc of Estherwood. She is also survived by two grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
