She was predeceased by: her mother Janie Authement Bourne; and her siblings, Shawnda Authement and Timothy Authement, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Brandon Sloane; her children, Mercedes Authement, Vanessa Hebert, Dustin Hebert, William Hebert, Morgan Hebert, Emily Sloane and Hunter Sloane; her siblings, Samantha LeBlanc, Candy Authement and Sandie Myers; and her stepfather Johnnie Bourne.
