He was predeceased by: his father Ennis Emmitt Hinch; his nephew James Pearce; and his grandparents, Milton W. Vail, Cora Amy Duhon Mayer, Dennis and Myrtle Belle Hinch.
He is survived by: his mother Marie Vail Hinch Reid; his stepfather Walter Reid of Crowley; his sisters, Kathy Hinch (Randy Ardoin) of Lake Charles, Sheila (Dwayne Creach) of Crowley, Sandra Hinch (Kip Stapleton) of Fort Myers, FL, Amy Hinch Kumle of Sierra Vista, AZ and Daisy Hinch of Brazil; and his stepsiblings, Marlene Kahl of Baltimore, MD and Walter Reid of Simpsonville, SC.. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
