He is survived by: his wife Debra Moran Penn of Sulphur; his daughter Merissa Dartez (Bryan) of Sulphur; his stepdaughters, Melinda Touson of Sulphur and Jennifer Nelson (Gilbert Nelson) of Vinton; his sons, Dwayne Penn of Sulphur and Robert James Penn II (Sara) of Sulphur; his stepson Shawn Frederick of Sulphur; his grandchildren, Raynee Bolton (Jace Bolton), Robert James Penn, III, Reid Penn, Kieanna Nelson, Zerrianna Nelson, Kenya Nelson, Amiyah Nelson, Preston Cain, Keenon Cain and Charles Meaux; his great grandchild Adlee Grace Bolton; and his siblings, Margaret Terry Sonnier of Crowley and Marcus Penn of Crowley.
