She is survived by: her children, Christopher James Guillotte (Sabrina Barber) of Monroe, Mary Ann Guillotte of Lafayette and Joseph Thaddeus Guillotte (Donna) of Crowley; her grandchildren, Zoey Guillotte and Seth Michaell Guillot; and her siblings, Dawn Murphy, John Janice, Candra Traxler and Josh Janice.
