She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. James Foret and Fay Theard Foret; her sister Michelle Slover; her in-laws, C. L. Broussard and Eugenie LeBlanc; her brothers-in-law, Bill Broussard and Terry Bourgeois; her niece Ashley Guidry; and her nephews, Nicholas Garbarino and Brandon Broussard.
She is survived by: her husband Jules Broussard; her sons, Jason Broussard (Sheri) of Maurice and Andre Broussard (Caroline) of Crowley; her grandchildren, Emmie Broussard, Zoe Young, Rhett Young, Carter Fagan, Luke Thomas Broussard and Henry Broussard; her siblings, Jim Foret (Paula), Renee Enze (Chuck), Yvette Yandle (Sonny), Marcelle Langlinais (Bob), Dr. Celeste Garbarino (Rich), Adrienne Menard (Randy), Dr. John Foret (Marcelle) and Jeff Foret (Joetta); her siblings-in-law, Mike Slover, Kathy Bourgeois, Barbara Louviere (Gerald) and Cindy Broussard; and her caregiver Marie. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and godchildren for whom she was a favorite aunt.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her name to Alzheimer's Association Louisiana Chapter, 831 Kings Highway, Ste 120, Shreveport, LA 71104, St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, and/or St. Michael Catholic School.
