He is survived by: his children, Leonard Paul Beverly of Port Arthur, TX, Raywood Davis (Linda) of Houston, TX and Lee Paulette Cook of Prairieville, LA; his brother John Cook of Hattiesburg, MS; and his close friend Ida H. Paton.
